The Monster family is a tight knit community of players and their families. The Monster coaches of all levels work together to help each other develop themselves as coaches, and to help each other’s young athletes.

Our Mission
The mission of the CNY Monsters softball organization is to develop the basic fundamentals, softball knowledge, and competitive spirit in all players involved in the program.
A healthy and competitive environment will encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, leadership skills, hard work, and dedication.
From the program the participants will gain self-worth, confidence, and a lifetime enjoyment of activity that will help them in all aspects of their lives.
